PAID Network is thrilled to announce a new strategic DeLa (Decentralized Law) Alliance with VAIOT. These two disruptive powerhouses will join forces to redefine the legacy systems. VAIOT is an innovative platform with an impressive team that is developing purpose-built virtual assistants, powered by AI and blockchain technology, to create new ways of digitally accessing services and securely concluding legal agreements, using a natural user interface. The creation of this Alliance will unite PAID Network and VAIOT in their mission to redefine how people do business with one another.

In addition to the formation of this alliance, the teams will leverage one anothers services in order to increase value for their respective customer bases. PAID will try and test VAIOT’s AI-powered virtual voice assistant and VAIOT will explore PAID’s risk mitigation solutions, including escrow services, reputation-scoring, and insurance for business agreements. They will also work hand in hand to explore, test, and challenge new products features and releases to drive quality and innovation.

Christoph Surgowt CEO of VAIOT, said:

“The formation of the DeLa Alliance with our partner PAID Network is a strategic initiative and a natural turn of events for VAIOT. We are excited to embark on this journey, and fully utilize the opportunity to work together, combine our technology sets and ensure mass adoption. We plan to invite other companies, both from within and outside the crypto world, to strengthen the Alliance and add even more capabilities, both from a technological and business perspective.”

PAID is building the world’s first borderless SMART Agreement DApp for all business needs by offering standardized business agreements. The DApp will be complete with escrow and insurance features, dispute arbitration and reputation scoring. The new DeLa Alliance with VAIOT represents a progressive step in the future as it will combine the expertise of both VAIOT and PAID who provide different technologies but share similar visions, closer together to see how they can use the full power of blockchain and AI to revolutionize the future.

Kyle Chasse, CEO of PAID Network, had the following to say:

“We believe it is absolutely critical that blockchain companies view one another as allies rather than competitors. We hope the formalization of this alliance will act as an example as to how two similar blockchain companies can work together to redefine new systems. The challenge all of us in the industry have is creating new ways of doing things and getting the masses to see the value, that is the biggest fight we will face.

For us to succeed in that mission we will need to be as strong as possible both internally and from a support perspective and we are very excited to work with the team at VAIOT to accomplish exactly that. Their innovative and disruptive approach is a perfect fit to ours and we are convinced the exchange of value will be substantial here.”
